NYCA presidency meeting

NYCA presidency meeting was held on May 22.
On the schedule:
1. Information on the visit of NYCA’s delegation to the EEYC (reporter S.Mertarjyan).
2. Activity review of NYCA’s secretariat for the last month (reporter acting Secretary General E. Yeghoyan).
3. Nomination and approval of NYCA’s Secretary General ( reporter A. Sukiasyan).
4. Information on the visit of NYCA’s delegation to the Council of Members (COMEM) of the European Youth Forum (reporter L. Asatryan).
5. Other issues

Nominated candidate Eduard Yeghoyan was elected as a Secretary General.

About NYCA

In Soviet times overfilled with national ideology the students in Armenia played an important role in the state developments of Kharabagh movement fighting against injustice, historical mistakes and fake nature of Soviet government. In the formation process of independence and Artsakh movement, later in the state formation of Armenia the youth appeared to be not just a participant but also the carrier of the results. Many Armenian students, young people, volunteers became combatants in the liberation detachments.
